Warranty robots: $29.50 convenience fee. If your robot is still under manufacturer warranty, we charge a small collection and return fee. This covers the convenience of our pickup and delivery service while we process your warranty repair.

If you approve the repair, the $150 assessment fee is credited toward your total repair cost — so you only pay the difference. If you decline, you only pay the $150 assessment fee.
We are also happy to deduct the assessment fee from a brand new robot purchased through us if you decide to replace rather than repair.

What brands do you repair?
We repair all major robotic pool cleaner brands including Zodiac, Maytronics (Dolphin), Astralpool, Hayward, Polaris, Pentair, Waterco, and more. If your brand is not listed, get in touch — we can likely help.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 3 to 5 business days from when we receive your robot. Complex repairs or those requiring special-order parts may take up to 7 to 10 business days. We keep you updated every step of the way via email and SMS.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We use only genuine or manufacturer-approved replacement parts to ensure your robotic cleaner performs like new and maintains its warranty where applicable.
What if my robot is not worth repairing?
If our assessment reveals that the cost of repair exceeds the value of your robot, we will let you know upfront. You will only pay the $150 assessment fee. We can also deduct the $150 assessment fee from the price of a brand new robot if you decide to purchase one through us — so you will not be out of pocket.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within 3 months of your repair, we will fix it at no additional cost.
