We service all major brands including Zodiac, Maytronics Dolphin, Hayward, Polaris, and Pentair.

Yes! For out-of-warranty repairs, Pool Robot Rescue offers completely FREE pickup and delivery across the entire Perth metropolitan area. For warranty repairs, a small convenience fee applies as the robot was purchased elsewhere. We come to your home, collect your robotic pool cleaner, repair it in our workshop, and deliver it back fully tested and ready to clean.

Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. Simple repairs like brush or filter replacements can often be done within 1-2 days. More complex repairs requiring parts ordering may take 5-10 business days. We keep you updated throughout the process via email and SMS.

Yes, a non-moving Zodiac pool robot is one of the most common repairs we handle. Common causes include worn PVC tracks, faulty drive motors, damaged gearboxes, or cable issues. Our diagnostic assessment will identify the exact problem and provide a detailed repair quote.

What if my robotic pool cleaner is not worth repairing?

Accepted Answer

If we determine your robot is not economically viable to repair, you only pay the $150 assessment fee with no further obligation. We can also deduct the assessment fee from the price of a brand new robot if you decide to purchase one through us. Your old robot is returned to you at no extra charge.
